I agree to be a good citizen - kind and courteous. (We're all in this together to create a welcoming environment. We must treat everyone with respect. Healthy debates are natural, but kindness is required.)

I agree to respect everyone's privacy. (Being part of this group requires mutual trust. Authentic, expressive discussions make a community great but may also be sensitive and private. What's shared in the group should stay in the group.)

I agree not to bully or use hate speech. (Make sure everyone feels safe. Bullying of any kind isn't allowed, and degrading comments about things like race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender, or identity will not be tolerated.)

I understand that I can be asked to leave the group and not be invited back at the administrators' discretion.

I understand that everything is confidential except what is required to be reported by law. I know that the owner/coach and guest coaches are not acting as physicians or therapists and diagnosing and treating.
